1. Application and Developer Identity
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application identified below and describes how information is collected, used, and safeguarded when you use the application.

2. Information We Collect
GPS4World Pro collects only the information required to deliver fleet-tracking features to authenticated users.
- Account credentials. Username and password used to sign in to your GoodFleet account. Credentials are transmitted over HTTPS to
s1.goodfleet.maand used solely to authenticate you. - GPS/location data of tracked vehicles. Latitude, longitude, speed, heading, altitude, timestamp, and vehicle status reported by GPS tracking devices installed in vehicles that belong to your fleet account. The application displays this data on maps and in history/reports.
- Vehicle and device identifiers. IMEI or equivalent unique identifier of the GPS tracking device, vehicle name, plate, and configuration attributes required to display and manage fleet vehicles.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) push token. A device-specific token issued by Google Firebase and stored server-side so that fleet alerts and account notifications can be delivered to your device.
- Mobile device information. Operating system version and application version, used for diagnostics and to route notifications correctly.
- Approximate and precise location of the mobile device. Requested only when you explicitly enable device-side location features (for example, "near me" views). The application does not track the location of the mobile device in the background.
- Server access logs. The backend records standard HTTP access information (IP address, timestamp, request path, response code) for security, abuse prevention, and operational troubleshooting.
GPS4World Pro does not collect contacts, calendars, SMS, call logs, photos, files, microphone, or camera data.
3. How We Use Information
- Live tracking. Display current positions of your fleet vehicles on the map.
- History and reports. Render historical trips, mileage, stops, and generate exportable reports from stored tracking data.
- Alerts and notifications. Deliver push notifications for events you have configured (for example, geofence entry/exit, speeding, ignition, service reminders).
- Account access and security. Authenticate you, protect your account against unauthorized access, and log security-relevant activity.
- Service reliability. Diagnose crashes and errors, and improve the stability of the application.
4. Legal Basis
Processing is carried out for the performance of the fleet-tracking service you have contracted for, on the basis of your consent (for permissions such as notifications and mobile-device location), and to comply with applicable legal obligations.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only as follows:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging. Push tokens and notification payloads are transmitted to Google in order to deliver push notifications to your device. Refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
- Authorised users within your fleet organization. Vehicle positions and history are visible to users of your fleet account according to the permissions your fleet administrator has configured.
- Legal disclosure. Where required by applicable law, court order, or lawful request from a competent authority.
- Service providers. Hosting and infrastructure providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
6. Data Retention
- Account records are retained while your account is active.
- Historical GPS tracking data (per-device history) is retained for approximately 90 days on the primary application server, after which it is automatically removed by scheduled maintenance.
- Server access logs are retained for a limited operational period.
- FCM push tokens are retained while your device remains registered; tokens are removed when you sign out, uninstall the application, or when Google Firebase invalidates them.
7. Data Deletion Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to ste.gps4world@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Please indicate "GPS4World Pro data request" in the subject line. Requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law. Deletion of your account also removes associated device push tokens.
8. Security
Traffic between the application and the backend is encrypted using HTTPS. Access to backend systems is restricted to authenticated administrators and protected by network-level controls. Passwords are stored in hashed form. No transmission or storage system is completely secure; you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
9. Children's Privacy
GPS4World Pro is a fleet-management tool intended for use by professional users. The application is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Location Permissions on Android and iOS
On Android and iOS the application may request permission to access your device location. This permission is used only for on-device features that you initiate (such as centering the map on your location). The application does not collect device location in the background and does not use device location for advertising. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
11. Push Notification Permission
On Android 13 and above and on iOS the application requests permission to display notifications so that fleet alerts can be delivered. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.
12. International Data Transfers
Application data is hosted on servers located within the European Union. Firebase Cloud Messaging is a Google service and may transfer notification payloads outside your country of residence under Google's standard contractual protections.
13. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the application or to legal requirements. The current version is always available at https://s1.goodfleet.ma/privacy-policy.html. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
